Yes, Halloween has past us once again and although you may not want to believe it, the holidays are quickly creeping towards us; which alludes to more than your wallet being temporarily spoken for. It also leads makeup junkies to squeal with excitement in the anticipation of the Holiday Collections -- my favorite collections of the year. This year’s trends have given us bright colored lips from red to orange (and sometimes, blue).
