Pushing the Limits At The Grammy's 2013

This year the Ladies of the Grammy's 2013 received a mandate emailed earlier that week that' standards and practices department demanded stars 

"please be sure that buttocks and female breasts are adequately covered," and of course.. it wouldn't be the Grammy's without those ladies who pushed the limits of those rules.

Any publicity is good publicity Right?

Katy Perry got a lot of heat for this dress. There was more talk about her boobs then about her, for obvious reasons. 

Even when Ryan Seacrest was interviewing her on the red carpet he got a little flustered and was hard to concentrate when asking her questions.

Kelly Rowland didn't pay much mind to CBS' memo about appropriate attire. When the singer wore a risque Georges Chakra Couture dress that featured strategically placed cutouts on her cleavage, thighs and midriff.

Rowland was asked about defying CBS' warning backstage at Sunday's show. "It's so funny! I thought about the dress code and thought about it again, and that's about it," said the singer,  "I respect. See, I wore clothes!"
