Nike HTM Flyknit Chukka 2013
Last year the Nike Flyknit collection was one of the most
celebrated to date, the design ascetics was a breakthrough in the industry and it was name as
one of the best inventions in 2012 by TIME Magazine.
This year, Nike has unveiled the latest addition to the
Flyknit family with the Flyknit Chukka. Using the innovative technology of
Nike’s Flyknit, the new silhouette uses a modern style of a chukka boot. In addition, they have enhanced the form by integrating Nike Flywire technology and a
Nike lunar outsole.
The first release will be part of the exclusive “HTM Tier Zero line”, design by Japanese street legend Hiroshi Fujiwara, Nike design legend Tinker Hatfield, and Nike CEO and designer Mark Parker. The HTM line is a ongoing special collaborative line by Nike and it's the same group that design last year Flyknit collection.
They will be delivering the shoe in two colour ways with both having a winter inspired “snow style” palette to created a landscape that represents the season beautiful scenery. The first shoe has blends of blue and grey with white details (Blue Glow), while the second will have be a more muted tone with a blend of grey and white (Charcoal).
This shoe is set to drop in February 2nd, 2013 and will be release
exclusively to 1948 London,
Nike Stadium Paris, and Nike Stadium Milan.
